Shipping and Returns
We currently ship to United States addresses via UPS. Our meats are shipped frozen with dry ice in an insulated package to keep it frozen; however, on occasion the meat may arrive unfrozen but chilled. Currently, products are not shipped to international destinations.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS ARE ONLY SHIPPED MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY IN ORDER TO ARRIVE BEFORE THE WEEKEND. SO, AN ORDER RECEIVED THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
Can I return an item?
At TBR Wagyu Beef LLC, we are proud of the quality beef we offer, and we stand behind it. We hope that you are satisfied with each item you purchase from us, and in the rare instance that you aren't 100% satisfied with your products, simply contact us for more information on returning an item.
